Yes — there is (at least one) “Satya College” that appears to offer a pharmacy course (B.Pharm). According to its website, Satya College offers a B.Pharmacy programme.
Their site lists a 4‑year B.Pharm (Bachelor of Pharmacy) course under “B.Pharmacy”.

Documents required for admission” lists do not include a medical fitness certificate, it seems that SPR does not mandate a medical fitness certificate as a standard admission document — at least for domestic students.

Hi.
Students from non-science backgrounds are not eligible for pharmacy programs in Dnyaan Prasad Global University (DPGU)'s SPR.
For admission to B.Pharm, SPR requires that in 10+2, you must have passed with English + Physics + Chemistry + either Mathematics or Biology.
Similarly for D.Pharm, the 10+2 must be “regular Science academic stream, ” meaning you need Physics, Chemistry and Biology or Mathematics.
In addition to the 10+2 with science‑subjects, for B.Pharm you also need a valid pharmacy‑entrance exam score (as per SPR's requirements).

Yes — Dnyaan Prasad Global University (DPGU)'s School of Pharmacy and Research (SPR) does provide an option for its own entrance test for some programmes.
On the official admission‑process page of DPGU/SPR, it says that candidates can either apply using scores from a “national/state entrance exam” or register for the university's own entrance examination — named DPAT.

The eligibility criteria for B.Pharm at SPR mention that candidates must have passed 10+2 (with required subjects) + a valid entrance exam score (or equivalent).

Class 10 (SSC or equivalent) marksheet / certificate.
Class 12 (HSC / 10+2 / intermediate) marksheet / certificate.
Transfer Certificate (TC) or Leaving Certificate from the school/college last attended.
Certificate of Indian nationality (or proof of nationality as required).

Yes — gap-year students are very likely eligible for admission (unless there's a hidden internal rule)
SPR's eligibility depends only on having a valid 10+2 (or equivalent) pass + entrance exam score;
There is no public restriction on “when” the 10+2 was passed;
There is no age criterion or explicit clause about continuity of education;

For instance: for B.Pharm at SPR, the “tuition fee” is quoted as ~ INR 4.6 Lacs total (or full course basis) rather than per semester.
