Not possible to any AIIMS or any medical college. You can apply for the next NEET and get a better rank.

Hello Ishita, Students should be passed with 45% of marks at intermediate level (PCM/PCB) for General/OBC and 40% for SC/ST for taking admission in B.Pharma. Course in any college. Various Entrance Exams such as UPSEE, GPAT NEET BITSAT MHT CET etc. Are also conducted to enroll students for B Pharmacy courses.

Not possible to any college in medical course.
