With your 70,165 NEET All India Rank, you can get into a government college under two conditions:
1. To begin with, you can only be admitted to 85 percent of the quota seats in your home state's state.
2. Secondly, you either have any category-based quota for government medical colleges or you will get government dental colleges for BDS. You may also get certain BHMS or B.A. MS government colleges under AYUSH counseling. Probably you will be allotted to a private medical college that is based in your state, you may get a seat in private medical colleges in Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Jharkhand, Karnataka, and UP.

Not possible, in general, life Science or medical student has the option to choose another major in master's (cross-major). But others do not have this option, however, you try to choose MBA, M.Sc. , and Psychology courses as options. But one more option is there are some private universities and institutes that may support doing life Science in a master's, But the job opportunity is questionable in government and private industries! So, get advice from experts in cross-major degrees. If you wish to be an entrepreneur and do business there is no problem for cross major studies.
