We'll the cut off for this year is very high
There is no possibility of getting a government seat through All India quota, unless you have any category applied. If you belong to any non competitive states like Jharkhand, west Bengal, Odisha etc. , you may get seat through state quota. If you have any reservation you can surely get seat in some part of the country. Or else it is quite hard. If you are GM then there no possibility through All India Quota.

The cut off depends on the exam. And the results obtained in the exam. Accordingly, this year cutoff will be allotted! But for now, for the reference's sake, you can refer to the last year's cutoff:
3204-round 1
5932-round 2
7228 - round 3 for the year 2021

The last date of admission in DY Patil Medical College are closed but if you want the online classes then you are eligible and admission process are open but only few days left so apply soon or you can apply for next year. And before taking admission give their entrance exam.
