You have not mentioned the course in which you want to take admission at a government college. You cannot get admission to a government medical college for MBBS with 450 marks in 2A category, but you can get into a government dental college for BDS. This is because in previous years, the minimum score required to get admission to MBBS was more than 500, even for 2A category candidates with HK certificates. You can get admission to Government Dental College Bangalore for BDS with your NEET score as per the previous year's cut-off score.

The AYUSH all-India counseling for the BHMS course starts when the MBBS and BDS courses counseling ends. For this year, MBBS and BDS counseling starts in mid-October and ends mid of November. Based on previous year trends, AYUSH counseling 2021-2022 was started in the month of January and February. For more details, please continuously check the official website of AYUSH. The admission process has begun as of today, I. e. , October 7, 2022. The admissions to the Bachelor of Dental Surgery BDS course at the Dr. Harvansh Singh Judge Institute of Dental Sciences & Hospital will be done on the basis of a centralized admission process. No, Meghalaya State NEET Counseling does not give reservation to other state students. According to the latest notification issued by the Meghalaya government regarding NEET counseling under the state quota, only indigenous residents and candidates with permanent resident certificates of the state were eligible to apply under the 85% state quota.
