1- Delhi domicile rules for NEET counseling:

2- Bihar domicile rule for NEET counseling. To be eligible for the 85 percent state quota seats in Bihar for MBBS courses. A) Students whose parents are residents of Bihar or refugees settled in Bihar. B) Students whose parents may belong to another state but they are employed with Bihar Government. C) Students whose parents were working with the Bihar Government, before the creation of Jharkhand, and whose services are transferable to either Bihar or the Jharkhand Government. D) Students whose parents are employed by the Central government, PSUs, and State undertakings, are posted in Bihar.

According to previous year's cutoff data for GMCs, if you belong to the general category, you need to score more than 600 marks in NEET to get admission to most colleges.
