The NEET Counseling 2022 is a process of allocating seats in medical colleges by respective authorities on the basis of the rank and preferences of students. This procedure is done by two authorities: the Medical Counseling Committee (MCC) for 15% of the All India Quota seats and the state's counseling authorities for 85% of the state quota seats. There are generally four rounds, which are: Round 1, Round 2, Mop-Up Round, and Stray Vacancy Round. The registration procedure for NEET counseling is as follows:
Go to the MCC website for AIQ or your state's official website for state quota. Click on the UG Counselling tab, which will display a registration link. You may get a government seat in a private college to pursue BDS as well as a government seat in a selected Ayurveda or Homoeopathy government college with your home state quota. 1- Delhi domicile rules for NEET counseling:
To be eligible for the 85 Percent state quota seats in Delhi colleges for MBBS admission, students must have passed 10+2 from any school in Delhi NCR, schools are affiliated with CBSE boards, ICSE boards, or JMI.
2- Bihar domicile rule for NEET counseling. To be eligible for the 85 percent state quota seats in Bihar for MBBS courses. A) Students whose parents are residents of Bihar or refugees settled in Bihar. B) Students whose parents may belong to another state but they are employed with Bihar Government. C) Students whose parents were working with the Bihar Government, before the creation of Jharkhand, and whose services are transferable to either Bihar or the Jharkhand Government. D) Students whose parents are employed by the Central government, PSUs, and State undertakings, are posted in Bihar.
