ERAs medical college and hospital, Lucknow, is better than Integral Medical College in terms of hostels, hospitals, laboratories, using the latest equipment in hospitals, etc. In terms of faculty, ERA's college faculty is much better compared to Integral Medical College. Your 10th and 12th grades do not depend on your NEET marks. But, in order to appear for the NEET examinations, you need to score at least 50% marks if you are a general candidate, 40% marks if you belong to any of the other backward classes (OBC)/scheduled tribes (ST)/scheduled castes (SC), and a minimum of 45% if you belong to the PWD category.

You did not provide proper information like category, domicile, etc., so it is difficult to predict accurately the college. According to your marks, your rank is more than 4.5 Lakh. You have fewer chances of getting admission into government colleges for the BHMS course. However, you can try getting admission into government colleges and private colleges that offer MBBS dental courses, nursing courses, etc. I'm suggesting some colleges according to your rank. A list of colleges is given below.
1- GITAM Institute of Medical Sciences & Research, Visakhapatnam.
2- Saveetha Dental College, Chennai.
3- Mahatma Gandhi Medical College and Res
