The majority of prestigious government colleges with affordable MBBS tuition give admission based on the NEET UG. At its non-autonomous constituent and associated colleges, Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad, provides a 4-year (8 semester) Bachelor of Pharmacy (BPharm) degree programme with a choice-based credit system.

The Sinhgad Dental College and Hospital admission process are entrance-based.
Based on the 2021 cut-off as available on the website, the NEET cutoff for Singhal Dental College and Hospital has been opening all India rank at around 119365 (for general category) and closing all India rank at around 334494 (for general category).

Sapthagiri Institute of Medical Sciences and Research Centre, Bangalore, is one of the prestigious private medical colleges. The college is affiliated with Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences and is approved by the NMC.

Semi-government colleges are government aided and privately run institutions. These colleges are not directly run by the government but are under the control of it and partially funded by it. Like most of the government and private colleges these Semi-Government Medical Colleges also take admission in MBBS on the basis National Eligibility and Entrance Test NEET score.
