B.Pharm or Bachelor of Pharmacy, also known as B.Pharmacy, is a 4-year undergraduate degree programme in pharmacy that deals with the research of various diseases and ailments, drugs and their testing. Upon graduation, B.Pharmacy graduates can opt for jobs like Pharmacist, Pharmacy Technician, Retail Pharmacist, Pharmacy Manager, and Health Inspector, among others.
The B.Pharmacy eligibility states that students need to have passed 10+2 with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks, and also ensure that they give the entrance exams conducted by the colleges. Candidates are selected based on marks obtained in the NEET entrance exam. Those candidates who will successfully be cleared the entrance test can appear for Counselling for admissions. Once the NEET result is announced by the Central Board of Secondary education. A merit list of candidates who have qualified the exam will be released on the official website. After that candidates have to fill an application form of the college or institution in which s/he wants to get admission in BHMS Programme. Date of counselling & subsequent admission will be notified in the Institutes website after getting necessary permission from Ministry of AYUSH government of India.
