MBBS is a lot of hard work, spread out for over 5 to 6 years and you become a doctor. It's a very noble profession. B.Pharma is relatively easier and we become a pharmaceutical, mostly employed with pharmacies and sometime end up being a chemist. Getting admission in a MBBS course is very difficult as compared to B.Pharma. Both are good, depending on how much hard work you can put in.
