Hello there, I feel both the universities are good and [erpfroming well, but as far as I have seen and observed LPU is gaining a lot of apraisel and better placements records from the past few years. There're methods of teachings are innovative and most importantly their faculty members are highly qualified and most of them Ph.D. holder. You can explore about MBA ( Hospital and healthcare management), MPH MBA ( Marketing). Few renowned colleges for these courses are -
- TISS
- FMS Delhi
- BITS Pilani
- GIM Goa
- IIHMR Jaipur
- Devi Ahaliya Vishwavidhalya
- KJ Somaiya
- Symbosis

You can but better it would be to pursue MBA in agribusiness/ marketing / plantation/ forest management or similar more relevant specializations. It is no harm to do MBA in hospital administration. Also you can go for general management programme but specialised MBA in agribusiness from a top b school would be a good choice. Best wishes.
