Yes, you can definitely do M.Sc in anatomy and pharmacology after B.Sc in zoology, Biology and chemistry so definitely apply for the same. Good luck.

Instead of taking admission in B.Sc, You can opt for B.Voc Degree in Medical Lab Technology. B.Voc is a work integrated degree programme where applicants get opportunity to earn while learning. In this programme theory classes happen at International Skills Academy (training hub partner) and practical training is conducted at best Hospitals, Pathology Labs etc. B.Voc degree in Medical Lab Technology is offered by Tata Institute of Social Sciences - School of Vocational Education (TISS-SVE), a NAAC A+ government. Please understand that degree courses are always better than Diploma courses. You can do a degree course here in a good college, but if you want to study in Canada, my advice would be to go for a degree course even then.

Pharmacists working or migrating to Australia should get registered in Pharmacy Council Australia.
