Minimum 40% required in class 12th.
The candidate must have passed at least 2 science subjects in qualifying exam out of the three elective subjects.
Computer Science can be opted only if the student has passed +2 exam with Science / Commerce / Eco / Mathematics / Computer Science or Information Technology.

In NEET and AIIMS, the respective prescribed eligibility that is 50% and 60%, it is an aggregate percentile in class 12th or your higher secondary exam. It must be including English subject as well in your boards. And as I mentioned it is the aggregate percentile, so yes internal marks are included. Just 23 things about the NEET Exam.
