America is good in everything. MBBS will be taught there in English. The passing ratio of MCI is 100 percent, but in Ukraine the course will not be in complete English except Bukovinian State Medical University. USA is different from America, many agent fake you, but they send you to Caribbean islands or Curacao or may be somewhere else.

This year more than 11 Lacs aspirants have appeared for NEET 2017. Approximately 63,000 medical seats are there all over India. Expected cutoff for general category can be more between 380 to 430 or higher. Your score though good might fall short to get admission to government colleges. There is no doubt that AFMC is better but sometimes you got to lower your standards. Study at AFMC requires certain years of imparting nation service along with complete uncertainity of preparing for specialisation entrances due to shortage of time for preparation, which everyone fails to understand.

Yes, passing from NIOS is not an issue, it is a valid certificate for admission to degree courses as well as medical admission. For B.Ed you need to be a graduate first. 50% marks are minimum eligibility for NEET examination you are eligible for that as well. All the best for your endeavours.
