Career in this field remains bright. You have lots of option after anesthesia: Pain fellowship Critical care Cardiac anesthesia Freelance Average pay around 2 LPA where demand is increasing, like in tier 2 and 3 city and town area.
Otherwise 1 to 1.5 LPA. It is for anesthesia only, no fellowship included.

The best medical college in Tamil Nadu is CMC Vellore. In most of the medical colleges ranking, CMC Vellore consistently occupies the top three position, just behind AIIMS Delhi and recently AFMC Pune. It is followed by Madras Medical College, Chennai. Its highly preferred by candidates across Tamil Nadu.

MBBS Eligibility
The basic eligibility for admission in any of the Medical Colleges is 10+2 with 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology along with English. However, this is not the only criteria for admission; the students have to take an entrance exam in order to prove themselves fit for the admission in any of the medical colleges. The major entrance exams are AIIMS Entrance Exam and NEET Exam. All the best.
