Hello!
With 228 marks in NEET, I think it is difficult to get a free government seat, especially with general quota. But there are chances if you apply in management quota. And also, you can get a seat in deemed university but the only problem with that is they have very high fees.

There are only three central government institutes running under the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment which provide courses for Bachelors in Prosthetic and Orthotics. These are:
1. SVNIRTAR, Cuttack
2. AIIPMR, Bandra
3. NILD, Kolkata
You need to give entrance for getting a seat here. Moreover, this course is RCI-approved.

Yes Sagar, you can take admission in undergraduate courses with your achieved marks. But it depends which field, you want to take admission into. Like with 180 marks in NEET, you cannot get a seat in government medical colleges. But you can try applying in deemed medical colleges. Also, you can get a seat in other fields like B.Sc in chemistry or physics or biology or agriculture and BAMS.
