To pursue your PhD you have to start finding universities offering research work and PhDs in your field and proactively share your research interests and questions to with the specific department supervisor. There is no guarantee that every department head will be interested in your research topic so there is no question of suggesting you profile specific universities. Email every top university in your desired country, share your papers and publications, if any with them and share your ideas with them. They will get back if they like you.

Pharma. D is a 6-year course (5 years + 1-year internship) and the eligibility is 10 + 2. The number of students selected is very few (I think, it is 30 seats) and there is an entrance test. So, do you really want to do Pharma.D after B.Pharma? You can think of doing Pharma.D (Post. Baccalaureate) which is a 2-year course + 1-year internship and the eligibility is B.Pharm. You can get detailed information about both these courses on the internet.

For Jamia Hamdard, you should have a decent score of above 580 or at least 560+ ( in case you have your luck in the 2nd counselling). This year, the cut-off was very high and as this college has 100 seats without any reservation system, the competition is really high.
All the best.
