I would not suggest you to drop a year. It is better you pursue BPT and appear for NEET next time.

You have many other courses which you can do after you 12th. If you have 75% it means you can go for courses such as B.Com, B.A. and other degree courses.
Every course has its own difficulties and benefits. You should choose the course of your interest. If you want to go in the medical field, you can select Pharma.D course which offers you the same degree of doctor in foreign countries. You can do physiotherapy or you can also do microbiology, forensic studies etc. which will give you good opportunities.

Hello Ashraful,
Once you qualify in NEET then you can apply for any stream including BAMS. There is no separate passing exam for BAMS.

You should be Indian national and should have passed the HSC (XII) examination of Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education or its equivalents examination with subjects English, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology /Mathematics and secured a minimum of 45% marks (40% marks for backward class category candidate belonging to Maharashtra state only) in the subjects Physics, Chemistry, and Biology/Mathematics.
