Hi,
Firstly, sorry to hear so. It happens. I would really suggest you to ask a couple of questions to yourself. Is the entrance exam score low because of lack of self study and too much of moving around and attending coaching classes? Or is it because of lack of guidance from the exam perspective and over dependence on self study or is it ultimately the pressure to crack it that's bringing your marks low by sad margins? Or is it because you have keen interest in another field that you arena't giving it your all in here. Bring about a balance and direct your preparations to meet the threshold of a good mark. Yes, you can get B.A. MS college on the basis of your marks. , there are less chances of getting a government college but you will definitely get a private college but at least you should try to get a government college in the counselling. Best of luck.

I don't think that you will be able to get a medical college. Private medical colleges may start taking from 200-250. You can try again. Don't lose heart.
