Hi,
You can pursue Nursing Courses after XIIth as B.Sc Nursing. Then later you can pursue M.Sc in Nursing.

Qualification & Registration: Should have passed M.Sc (Nursing) /PB B Sc (Nursing)/B Sc(Nursing) from INC recognized University and be a registered Nurse and Midwife from a State Nursing Council (The candidate will be required to bring original and self attested copies of marksheet, passing certificate and valid State Registration certificate at the time of interview).

In NEET exam, you have to score 50 percent aggregate in PCB and pass in physics, chemistry, biology and English. So, even if you fail in maths and you have passed in the mentioned subjects and the additional subject. If CBSE has declared you as passed, you are eligible for NEET exam.

Eligibility criteria: Most institutes have 10+2 passed with science stream subjects (with Biology subject) from a recognized board as the minimum educational qualification required. Minimum marks criteria may exist in case of some institutes. If that criteria exists, it is generally around 50% aggregate marks.
Admission process: Depends on the institute. It could be merit based admission process or direct admission process. If merit based admission is followed in an institute, marks scored by a candidate in board exam and/or relevant entrance test will be taken into consideration.

How to Get Admission in Bachelor of Technology [B.Tech] (Biotechnology)
The admissions to B.Tech Biotechnology is done either through a Common Entrance Test (CET) or merit based direct admission. Merit list is based on the marks obtained in 10+2.
