The pay package depends upon the qualification, location and experience of the candidate. In India, the starting salary of a pharmacy graduates ranges from range from Rs. 15000/- to Rs. 25,000 a month. The average salary for a Pharmacist is Rs 201,945 per year. Those, owning their own medicine shop will be able to make more.
In US, the salary would be in the range of USD $40,000 and USD $120,000 annually after one year of experience.

You can easily get BDS in private medical colleges. But, sorry there are low chances of you getting an MBBS seat. If you don't want to do BDS, you can try for Ayurveda or Homeopathy courses in which you can again take admission via NEET. Otherwise, try to score more the next time.

Eligibility for M.Sc in Pharmaceutical Chemistry
Candidates wishing to apply for the course need to fulfil the following eligibility criteria
Graduation (B.Sc.), completed from a recognized university.
A minimum aggregate score of 50% (45% for SC/ST/OBC candidates) at the level of graduation.
Candidates awaiting their graduation-level examinations results are also eligible to apply on provisional basis.

If you want to do B.Pharma, you can do it. You are eligible for this course. But, if you have already completed your graduation, then it is better to complete your qualification in Management.
