The government of Gujarat had started Study Center for Civil Services Examination in 1992 named SPIPA. This organization teaches students who want to join Civil Services (IAS / IPS / IFS / and other Group 1 - 2 services).

The eligibility condition for the BDS course in Pacific University are:
1. He/She shall be a minimum age of 17 years, on or before st 31 December, of the year of admission to the B.D.S. course.
2. He/She must have passed 10+2 examination with minimum 50% marks in Physics-Chemistry-Biology (PCB) and passed English subject, 40% for ST / SC Candidates
