Hi Devendra,
The cut-off varies every year according to the number of students applying for examination and number of seats available. It would be advisable that you get in touch with college authorities/official page directly for accurate cutoff which can help you in figuring out the appropriate college.

B.Pharma is better because it has wider opportunities available. Go for BDS only if you have immense passion in it.

I think veterinary is better than BAMS as a vet has to do lots of things, even surgeries and an ayurvedic doctor only plays with medicines. Moreover, the studies of Ayurveda is quite complex as compared to vet and nowadays more and more people prefer keeping pets for relief from depression which has an edge for veterinary doctors.
