The cut-off varies every year according to the number of students applying for examination and number of seats available. It would be advisable that you get in touch with college authorities/official page directly for accurate cutoff which can help you in figuring out the appropriate course.

Good question Ranjit. Graduation course must be done according to your interest. Though it is not recommendable but if you have the ultimate goal to crack UPSC examination then BA, B.Sc, law courses, etc. will help you a lot in the examination. It is better to find a comfortable field which includes your interest and aspiration.
