I think veterinary is better than BAMS as a vet has to do lots of things, even surgeries and an ayurvedic doctor only plays with medicines. Moreover, the studies of Ayurveda is quite complex as compared to vet and nowadays more and more people prefer keeping pets for relief from depression which has an edge for veterinary doctors.

Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) is a two years diploma course offered by the institutes that are recognised by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and which are autonomous and not affiliated to any university. It is not mandatory that a PGDM is equal to MBA. PGDM institutes accreditation by Association of Indian Universities (AIU) makes an institute's PGDM course equivalent to an MBA. Some of the PGDM from IIMs, XLRI etc has more value then MBA. If you are having good skills at the end and you have grasped enough knowledge then your degree is worth irrespective of the college.
