The cutoff varies every year according to the number of students applying for examination and number of seats available. It would be advisable that you get in touch with college authorities/official page directly for accurate cutoff.

Yes you are eligible for the course. The eligibility criteria for B.Sc radiology is 50 percentage in 10+2 aggregate, and admission is done by counselling after entrance exam. I hope that might help you.

All you need is a good score, ready visa and passport, offer letter from the college or university and all the other documents like certificates, etc. Also, from this year, you need to qualify NEET even to pursue MBBS from foreign countries so it is better that you take admission this year. It depends on the institution or Directorate of medical education terms. Most have 60-75% cut off. I better suggest you to go to respective website for the Directorate of medical education.
