Please find below the pay scale of government doctors under two AIIMS & BHU:
1.All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS)
Assistant Professor
INR 15,600 -39,100 + NPA subject to a minimum salary of INR 30,000 along with academic grade salary of INR 8,000
Senior Resident (on Adhoc basis)
INR 18,750 + INR 6,600 (GP) plus other allowances
2. Banaras Hindu University (BHU)
Junior Research Fellow- J.R.F.
INR 16,000 + H.R.A. (as per university norms)
Project Fellow (under UGC funded project), Department of Gastroenterology
INR 8,000 per month

The aspirants who wish to become a Veterinary Doctor should have specific academic qualifications. After higher secondary education, they can go for UG programme in Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry. Moreover, they are required to pursue this course from any University recognized by the Veterinary Council of India (VCI). The duration of this course is five years. Hi Nikita,
283 is a decent score. This year the expected cut off for NEET for MBBS is expected to be around 380 for General category.
So your score is on the lower side. Government colleges are definitely not possible. Private college fees is high and not affordable for many students. So if seats are left vacant you might find an opportunity but only via centralised counselling. Do not apply to any private college directly or pay any agents for admissions. Admissions are only by merit.

In private medical colleges, there is no certain pre-defined criterion on the basis of which admissions are to be done. They vary from state to state and from college to college. You will have to see the application process for colleges separately in order to have clarity.
