Also, important is the Country you choose to study at and then the University in that country.
The Jiangxi University is listed with MCI is a good institution. You will be taught Chinese language along with your course and will have to pass exam as well. It is quite challenging to learn this language.
I would advise you to explore other countries as well like Russia and Philippines. Understand and evaluate all options and then decide.
