Hi Shubham, the question is very confusing and open ended. What may best for me may not be best for you. So you figure out your interests, weigh your likes and dislikes, know what you want and decide. Speak to your school counselors and they will make you understand clearly about the subjects you are good at and guide you accordingly.

If your college has credit transfer arrangement and agreement with a foreign university then only you can do fourth year of DPharma abroad else you will face lots of challenges.

Hi Venkatesh,
After studying MBBS in Russia or any other country, if you want to practice in India, you will have to pass the MCI screening exam also know as FMGE with 50%. It is held twice in a year. As per the existing rules of MCI, there is no limit on number of attempts.
In fact the government of India is planning to replace this exam with a common exam for all doctors who want to practice in India irrespective of the country. Even doctors who study MBBS in India will be required to clear this licensure exam once it is implemented.

You can go for B.Sc Nursing which is a very rewarding career in foreign countries like Canada and Australia. You can earn a handsome amount of salary even more than 1 lakh because a registered nurse salary in Australia is 40-50 dollar per hour and it will be according to your dream and there are many further study option from Masters of nursing to Doctorate of nursing so, you can assume your salary after that. I also want to go in the same field.

Secondly, don't be misled by agents who promote South America as gateway to USA. Even if you are doing your clinical training in USA along with studies in South America, you will have to crack USMLE to get residency in USA. It is extremely difficult.
In Philippines, very few universities have good standards of education. First, you are admitted to pre medical program of 1.5 years after which you get admission to 4 year MD program but to be promoted to MD, you need to clear an entrance exam NMAT with minimum 40%. Most of the universities are private.
You can choose any country, but more important is the university you choose.
