The total course fees may include other components as well, such as security deposit, alumni fee, etc. Once the seat allotment is done, candidates have to pay the admission fee amount in order to confirm their seats. Start early by making your academic and clinical exposure count. Your resume should reflect hands-on experience, commitment, and professional development.

  • Attend workshops, publish case reports, and join clinical conferences.
  • Volunteer in neuro camps or NGOs and get certified in specialised techniques (e.g., NDT, PNF).

Neuro-physiotherapists often deal with patients with severe disabilities or impaired cognition, which brings ethical responsibility and dilemmas.

  • Gaining informed consent from patients with cognitive issues can be complex.
  • Balancing patient autonomy with family expectations or cultural sensitivities is essential.

MPT Neurology involves regular clinical postings, often in busy hospital settings. Handling dependent patients and assisting them with mobility can be physically challenging.

  • Therapists may spend long hours standing, bending, or transferring patients.
  • Physical stamina and body mechanics training are essential to prevent self-injury.
