With commerce background, you can't pursue medical course but you can consider clinical psychology programme that's very interesting and challenging field especially in term of human behaviour, reaction and depression.

Hello, A degree generally is always better in all respects as it gives you higher PR points, better salaries & better future. But, a diploma in Dental hygiene is a better option for a BDS or related study background oriented students as that is their core passion & would add to the further specialization of Indian dental education to adjust in a foreign country.

To get admission in MBBS in government medical colleges, your score should not be less than 500 (general category). For reserved category, it is 400 marks. So, you can expect to get admission in a private college.
