No, you need at least 400+ marks to get MBBS in even private colleges but if you want to do BDS then 340 marks would be enough.
Good luck!

Hi Tania,
After completing M. Pharmacy, you can seek employment in government, private or multinational organisations. Opportunities are in Chemical, Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology and allied industries. Some pharmaceutical companies that hire processionals in Pharmacy are Cadila, Glenmark, Dr.Reddys Lab and Cipla. Some of the roles you can assume are clinical analyst, quality supervisor or Ssientist. You can also seek employment in research organisations, government departments and educational institutions.
All the best.

HI Kev,
For the exam TS EAMCET 2016: For engineering stream a total of 1,44,510 registered for the exam.
We have 86000 seats this year in TS colleges. Qualifying rank for students is 91000.
So its very tough to get into.
& Few people may jump to other private colleges like VIT, Amrita, SRM, Manipal, IITs, NITs, etc. So, I hope you get in the remaining seats.
Please follow this link, that deals with the TSEAMCET college estimator(Mock Counselling) for a rough idea:
