As per the Pharmacy Council of India and All India Council for Technical Education Mandate any pharmacy courses at any level cannot be offered in distance and part time mode. So, you won't get any such colleges if someone claim such then they are fake and loot your money. You have to do it full time only.

University of Mumbai. However, to be eligible to apply for MA psychology you need to give a written test at department of psychology university of Mumbai, Kalina campus, Vidya Nagari Santacruz. The syllabus will.be based on psychology subjects of first year, second year and 3rd year BA.
If you want to do in distance learning then IGNOU, University of Madras and Annamalai University allow a non psychology graduate to pursue MA/ M.Sc in Psychology
