For getting admission into MBBS in government medical colleges, your score should be less than 500 in general category. For reserved category, this should be 400.

Yes, you'll be getting government MBBS seat if you are getting 550 -600. You will be getting seats under both All India Quota as well as State Quota.

Hello,
No, the MBBS comparable degree is not available in Canada for Medicals but you may do an undergrad degree in Bio or pre-medicals & then clear MCAT to get admission in a Medical school. It is very competitive though.
