It's all about your knowledge and grip on practicals. And also on some extent on experience.
The pharmaceutical industry is a big one. From manufacturing to drug dealer to doctors to public, the chain is big one. Young Science graduates will get job in research, new entrepreneurs can start new companies, indian big companies can merge or acquire foreign companies. On social point of view, through research the quality of drugs will increase which in turn improve the effect of drugs on people.

It is a professional doctorate degree in pharmacy. In some countries, it is a first professional degree, and a prerequisite for licensing to exercise the profession of Pharmacist. Post declaration of results, DTE Maharashtra releases merit list on the basis of MHT CET cutoff. Marks equal to or more than the prescribed cut-off should be scored for admission to the concerned branch.

The two fields are completely different. The only way you can decide what you like is by doing an elective and see what you like better. Honestly, I think too many people go into anesthesia because they think it's going to be low stress, and later realize it can be very stressful and become very unhappy. I'm sure radiologist, and anesthesiologist, will figure out a way to more money when the cuts come. So, be honest with yourself and do what is most interesting, rewarding, etc.
