As you have biology in your 12th, you can go for Medical. Apart from that you can go for BSc Biological Sciences Agricultural Science Veterinary BHMS, BAMS, etc.

You can't do MBBS and MD course simultaneously. Because if you wish to do so, you need one course as part-time. But MBBS or MD isn't available in part-time mode.

Definitely, you can get a good job after completing Masters in biotechnology.
I suggest you to prepare for the CSIR NET. After qualifying it, you can get the opportunities to work with India's top scientists and many PSUs.
