NEET - National Entrance cum Eligibility Test is the only gateway for admission into MBBS and BDS courses through out India. So, you can't get admission without NEET.

MCI is Medical Council of India, the apex body controlling MBBS, MD, MS couses in India. It doesn't have any role in BDS courses.

You need to appear National Entrance cum Eligibility Test after completion of your 12th examination to get admission into medical colleges.

No, its not gender specific. It's open for both male and female. Obstetrics and Gyaenic are under a single department. However, you can go to any one speciality.

No, they don't have equal value. In Medical, you need proper clinical exposure, case studies and practical experience which can't be achieved by correspondence mode.
