As far I know, Doctorate in MLT is offered by some universities, but in MRIT, I think, no university in India is having a doctorate course. Secondly, the scope is very less as after doing RIT, you have to work as an imaging technician as no other degree holder is eligible to sign the radiology reports except the qualified radiologist.

AIIMS is a better option.

The fee for medical coding course will differ from institute to institute. As per the google reviews and ratings, you can get into the following institutes:
1. Omnizz Medical Coding Training Institute
2. ALDOS Institute

Both have good scope at present, but what I personally feel is life science is better option as it deals with lot of pure science is subjects like botany, zoology, microbiology, biochemistry, immunology, nutrition and dietetics, hence it has more scope compared to medical biotech.

No colleges offers above course through distance as all the above courses requires thorough understanding and expertize and also lot of practical work is required for it.
