Hi Manjeet,
It is extremely difficult to receive 100% scholarship. However, for your MS programs there are various assistantship programs that the university can consider to give you partial scholarship. You must have good academic and GRE scores and a strong letter of recommendation and statement of purpose in order to request scholarship / assistantship.
