You must complete your 12th first and be academically very strong. Medical students face a lot of competition. Try to score above 70% for securing admissions.

Dropping a year doesn't guarantee you admission in medical courses. You need to work very hard during this drop year. If you are confident enough then go for it.

For NEET, be thorough with the syllabus of 11th and 12th NCERT. You also need to have a practice of solving MCQs.
However, for 12th, you need to go through your previous year papers and prepare accordingly.

MBA and M.Sc. both are good courses and both have good scopes also. As you have done B.Sc. in nursing then I think you should do M.Sc. as it has more scope than MBA. After M.Sc. in nursing you can get a good job in hospitals, clinics and labs with a good salary.

NEET 2017 application form will be released in the last week of December 2016. The exam may be held on 7th May 2017.
