For M.Pharma you need to have a B.Pharma degree.

No you can't. For admission in medical, you need to pass 10+2 with science stream with PCB subjects from a recognized board.

2) Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, B. Pharma Common Entrance Test (CET)
3) IIT JEE - Indian Institute of Technology Joint Entrance Examination (IIT JEE)
4) Guru Jambheshwar University - B.Sc. Pharma Entrance Exam, Hissar

NEET is the entrance exam (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test) for medical courses. So, for preparation you can join some coaching center.

BMLT program helps in applying medical standards and technical standards for assessing lab test. The program will help you to work in research area as assistant. Candidate can get opportunities to work in quality control department as well.

Both the courses are good. So, as per your area of interest you can choose anyone.
