There are many government medical colleges and a few well know and reputed ones are Grant Medical College, Nair Medical College and St. George Medical College. If you want to opt for a private college then MGM Medical College is a good choice.
All the best.

The scope level for all are equivalent as long as you have interest in something, go for it. A Masters can definitely guarantee you a job but since you haven't mentioned your proper field, I can't share more information on those courses.

I suggest you to do MBBS in India and then opt for your Masters abroad as it is more convenient on economic as well as educational level.

Both the fields are different. So, you cannot compare. Both have good opportunities and different career outcomes. Decide basis your interest. Research on job profiles and see what interests you.
