Yes, if you have a degree or Diploma in pharmacy from a reputed institution, then you can get drug license. The minimum requirement is, you need to have a minimum area of 10 square meter to start a shop, proper storage facility and technical staff with work experience of at least 1 or 2 years.

The basic eligibility criteria to pursue BAMS (Bachelor of ayurvedic medicine and surgery) degree is qualifying class 12th or an equivalent examination with physics, chemistry, biology and preferably Sanskrit as subjects studied, along with a reasonably high percentage of marks in the aggregate and clearing the different national and state level entrance exams. So, if you meet the eligibility, then you can apply to any state as per your wish.
