Medical studies in US starts only after you complete a Bachelors degree lasting for four years in a relevant field. Post your Bachelors degree you must clear the MCAT which stands for Medical College Admissions Test. Medical study in USA is a 4 year course. Thereafter comes the residency programs which might range from three to eight years. If you are planing to pursue your medical studies in US, take the SAT and enroll into a BS program firstly.
