It is upto you. No one can decide because both the courses have great value and demand in future. By, paramedical courses, do you mean medical engineering?

Mathematics and paramedical are different from each other. Mathematics includes calculation, arithmetic and algebra but paramedical is a different part of science where you can study about health science, life science, virus, fungus, bacteria, etc. So, decide according to your interest.

With a score of 132 in MHT-CET, getting in a government medical college can be a bit of problem. If you are passionate about doing MBBS course, you can apply for it. There is an online admission process through which you can apply. Moreover, even try and apply to other private colleges if economy is not an issue for you. Also, I would suggest you to apply for other courses such as BDS, BHMS if you need a seat in government college only. All the best.
