For admission into MBBS Courses through NEET or CET, you need to score a minimum of 45-50% in the entrance examination. Because competition is very very tough.

No worries. You can join after MBBS. First complete the course then you can join. Don't leave the course in between.

The basics of NEET Preparation is; you need to go through the NCERTs of 11th and 12th thoroughly. And apart from that solve a good number of MCQs. This will definitely boost your confidence up.

Yeah definitely you can. But it won't give any extra advantage for admission into MBBS. Admission will be based upon your score in Common entrance examinations.

Sorry Dear, you can't pursue MBBS because your PCB mark is less than 55% in aggregate. For admission in MBBS courses you need to score minimum 55% in aggregate in PCB.

See the cutoff for MBBS is very high as compared to that of BAMS and DPharm. In national level common examination the cuttoff for MBBS admission may go to 65-70%. However for BAMS DPharm its 50%.
