It is a course to become doctor in allopathic medicine and surgery. For it you have to passed intermediate in science with biology as a compulsory subjects. Apart from AIPMT (now NEET may be from next year), there are several colleges and universities conduct their own entrance till this year may be not from next year onwards. It is a 4.5 year course with 1year of compulsory paid internship. some other courses also can be chosen to become doctor in other type for medicine like BUMS for unani medice etc.

Good to see that you are interested for MBBS. But minimum pecentage of marks required for a general category student in PCB in 12th is 50%. If you belongs to any reserved category, then only you can persue MBBS otherwise not.

A person who holds a degree or diploma in pharmacy or pharmaceutical chemistry or a chemist and druggist diploma of an Indian University or a State Government can get medical shop licence.
