For admission into BAMS and BHMS courses, you need to appear for state level Medical Common entrance examination for government colleges. Private colleges conduct their own entrance.

For studying MBBS, you need to have PCB in 12th. If you don't have Biology, you aren't eligible for MBBS entrance examination.

No, it doesn't matter from where you have done your graduation. Not only after Specialisation, Jobs are available for MBBS graduates also.
