With 380 in general category, you may not get any government colleges, but you will get Private ones. Alternatively you can also appear NEET 2 for improvement.

To make your career in Medical field, you need to persue MBBS BDS BAMS BHMS Bsc Nursing. Its cost you less, if persued in Government run medical colleges.But admission to Government run medical colleges need a good score in entrance.

BHMS Courses enables you to be registered yourself as an Homeopathic Doctor and Open a homeopathy clinic. It doesn't allow you to open an allopathic one.

For securing a good percentage in NEET, you must be thorough with the NCERTs of XI and XII. Apart from that you need to solve a good number of MCQs. This will surely boost your confidence up.

Mathematics Score doesn't count for admission into MBBS/BDS Courses. You need to have at least 55% in aggregate in Physics Chemistry and Biology.
