Cheap BAMS colleges in India are the Institute of Medical Sciences at Banaras Hindu University, costing around INR 10,369 annually, and Government Ayurveda College in Thiruvananthapuram, around INR 14,200 yearly. Fees at Government Ayurveda College in Pariyaram are around INR 17,390 yearly, and at the National Institute of Ayurveda in Jaipur, around INR 27,100 yearly. Moreover, SKS Ayurvedic Medical College and Hospital has the lowest fee structure. These colleges offer good education in Ayurveda at relatively lower rates.

The latest cutoff information of the Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) course of Osmania University is that the cutoff rank for admission in 2022 was almost 79,915 for general category students. The cutoff is based on TS EAMCET marks and the candidates need to obtain the anticipated rank in order to secure a seat. The 2025 cut-off will be revealed during counseling, so it would be advisable to keep yourself updated on official university announcements regarding the current rankings and admission requirements.

346 marks in NEET is not considered as a good score due to high competition. With 346 Marks and General Category, it is NOT possible to get BAMS in a Government college. You can try once in your state colleges. Chances are almost less. You can go for private colleges or you can reappear for NEET.

No, you will not be permitted to take both specialisation papers. Until the entrance test does not clash on the same dates. Besides the schedule, you should be eligible for a different speciality. BSc (Hons) Nursing and BSc (Post-Basic) Nursing exams require different eligibility.

Nizam's Institute of Medical Sciences (NIMS) in Hyderabad offers a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) on the basis of 10+2 marks. A merit list is prepared by the college . Cutoffs marks are not disclosed . To get admission in this college, Student must be a resident of Telangana or Andhra Pradesh. You have to perform good and maintain 90%+ marks in your 10+2 examination.

The cut-off information for Bachelor of Pharmacy (B. Pharma) at Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU) is available on the university's website. The university releases the cut-off in multiple rounds, including sliding and spot merit rounds.

With 450 marks and 278000 rank in NEET, you can get BAMS but it depends on several factors. You can not get the BAMS college. Since Marks are very low, you should try it from your home state quota, your category will play a important role . If you are from general category, Chances are low. You may try in various state colleges at 450 marks  like 

Lucknow University (for BAMS, under State Quota)

Chaudhary Charan Singh University, Meerut

Government Ayurvedic College, Bhopal

Pandit Bhagwat Dayal Sharma University of Health Sciences, Rohtak

Chances are low still you may try in above colleges.
