Yes, you can do MBBS in future for your career. But if you do MBBS to only earn money then you should not do it because you should first know about NEET preparation, life as a doctor, pre PG, and PG life. When you understand all that then choose this field.

Yes, employers do accept online Nursing degree courses for jobs, provided the degree must be UGC-approved. However, it also depends on the job position; you may need to have some prior relevant work experience as well.

Yes, many healthcare and medical facilities offer full-time employment to their Nursing Interns. This is beneficial for both the organisation and the Interns. As the Hospital or Clinic does not have to go through the lengthy hiring process to admit new employees and provide them with training, retaining Interns as full-time employees save organizations time, money, and effort.
