Since you have obtained a score of 121 marks in NEET, it is less likely that you will be allotted a seat in MBBS at a government medical college since the cutoff for General category is usually higher (around 500+ marks). Even so, you might still have some hope in private medical colleges if you have satisfied their individual eligibility criteria. You might as well consider attempting BDS (Dentistry), BHMS (Homeopathy), BAMS (Ayurveda), or BPT (Physiotherapy) courses since they have a low cutoff. The Neotia University (TNU) in Kolkata provides the following paramedical courses: Bachelor in Medical Laboratory Technology (BMLT) and Bachelor in Operation Theatre & Anesthesia Technology (BOTAT). BMLT is a 4-year course, with 10+2 with PCB and minimum 55% marks, and the total fee is approximately INR 4,00,000. BOTAT is also a 4-year course with 50% in PCB. A Diploma in Veterinary for 2 years is also offered. TNU offers hands-on experience through state-of-the-art labs and facilities. Admission is on merit of 10+2, and candidates interested.

With 295 marks in NEET 2024, it's very hard to get admission in a government BAMS college, particularly under the All India Quota (AIQ), where the cutoffs in government Ayurvedic colleges are generally 400+ for General and 350+ for Reserved ones.

Yes, you can use NEET, KCET, and JEE together, but only after 2nd PUC (12th standard), as these examinations need a 10+2 qualification or equivalent appearing status. As you are in 1st PUC now, you can begin preparation for all three exams, but you will be eligible to appear for them only in your 2nd PUC year (next year). NEET is for medical studies, JEE for engineering, and KCET is for Karnataka-origin admissions in medical (except for MBBS/BDS) as well as in engineering colleges. Concentrate hard on fundamentals in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Biology to get good scores.

Up to the latest information available, cutoff details for Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm.) at LNCT University, Bhopal, are not made public. But to qualify for this program, students must have passed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology/Mathematics, obtaining at least 45% marks (40% in case of reserved categories).

To study MBBS at Karpaga Vinayaga Institute of Medical Sciences and Research Center (KIMS & RC) under the government quota, the tuition fee per year is INR 4,35,000.
