Mahatma Gandhi University of Medical Sciences and Technology (MGUMST) allows direct admission into the MBBS program if the required eligibility criteria are satisfied. Admission is through the NEET UG (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test) merit list only. The Osmania Medical College has announced the NEET UG Cutoff 2024 for the second round. This cutoff applies to admission to MBBS/BDS/BSc Nursing and other medical/paramedical courses under the All India quota across various candidate categories. For General quota candidates, the Round 2 closing rank was 4559. Among all the courses, the most competitive one to get into was MBBS - Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery.
In 2023, the cutoff for MBBS was 4127, and in 2022, the Round 2 cutoff was 6934. The fluctuation in the cutoff ranks over the past three years is evident.

There isn't much information about the rank of Indian Institute of Public Health Shillong IIPH for Masters of Public Health. However, the Institute has been ranked #2 in Shillong for pursuing the MPH Program.
There is some information about the IIPHs - There are four IIPHs in India, located in Gandhinagar, Delhi, Bhubaneswar, Hyderabad, and Shillong. IIPH Gandhinagar is the only IIPH that is a university, having been granted that status in 2015. The other IIPHs are colleges.
