Utkal University accepts NEET PG for admission to multiple MD and MS specialisations. The last-round cutoff ranks for the General All India category students closed between ranks 629 and 101740.

No, candidates with a 60000 in NEET UG exam cannot get admission for BDS specialisations as per NEET UG Round 5 cutoff. Considering the last-round, the RUHS Dental Science College cutoff 2024 for the BDS - Bachelor of Dental Surgery Course stood at, 60303 for General AI category. BPT is good if you are passionate about patient rehabilitation, physical therapy and also helping people recover movement issues. But BSc Radiology is about diagnostic imaging like X rays, Ultrasound, etc.
